Krisztian Sandor

Krisztian Sandor is an attorney whose practice focuses on tax, business, and transactional
matters. He earned his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law and his Master of
Laws in Taxation from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where his coursework included
partnership tax, property taxation, transfer pricing, and executive compensation. Prior to
law school, Krisztian double-majored at Southern Methodist University, earning degrees in
Statistics and Markets and Culture with a minor in Economics.
Krisztian brings a strong quantitative and business-focused background to his legal work.
Before and during law school, he gained experience in client communications, legal
research and drafting, financial analysis, budgeting, account reconciliation, corporate
accounting, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance testing. His undergraduate studies at
Southern Methodist University combined statistics, markets and culture, and economics,
giving him a foundation well suited to tax, finance, and business-law matters.
Krisztian is licensed in Arkansas and is bilingual in Hungarian, with conversational
proficiency in Spanish. His professional background reflects a combination of legal analysis,
financial fluency, and client-facing experience.
