Tori advises clients on a variety of complex business and transactional matters, including outside general counsel services, mergers and acquisitions, and tailored estate planning.  Known for her keen insight into people and their concerns, Tori credits her background in psychology for sharpening her ability to listen closely, understand each client’s unique needs, and work diligently to help them achieve their goals.

Tori is a graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law, where she served as Executive Editor of the Journal of Food Law and Policy. During law school, Tori served as a student attorney for the University of Arkansas immigration clinic, completed more than 100 hours of pro bono service, and served as a judicial extern at the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas. Before law school, Tori provided behavioral therapy to children, working primarily with those with autism and those in the foster care system.
