Experience

Michael McGill comes to Smith Hurst after having practiced in a highly respected- Little Rock, Arkansas commercial finance and business transaction firm. Michael focuses his practice in planning estates and businesses and working with charitable organizations. Michael is a 2019 cum laude graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law.  Michael was also a Note and Comment Editor for the Arkansas Law Review. Prior to his legal studies, Michael attended the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas, where he graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and minor in Finance. Michael remains actively involved with the Walton College of Business through his service on the Young Alumni Advisory
Board. Michael is currently pursuing a Masters in Law in Taxation from New York University with an anticipated graduation in May 2021.
