Reese Dollins is a seasoned transactional attorney with a focus on diverse corporate and commercial transactions, ranging from mergers and acquisitions to real estate transactions, securities offerings, private equity deals, and commercial lending. He frequently advises banks, financial institutions, and companies on complex lending and transactional issues, including intricate real estate financing projects, debt restructuring, and substantial credit facility transactions.
