Justin Lee focuses his practice in business transactional law. Justin’s practice encompasses a range of corporate sectors and transaction areas, including mergers and acquisitions, securities private placements and offerings, private equity, real estate transactions, commercial lending and finance, and corporate formation and governance.
Justin regularly takes part in high value and complex transactions that have included serving as counsel to banks and other financial institutions, high value financing rounds for multiple clients in the medical tech industry, complex real estate fund acquisitions, navigation of private equity and crowdfunding regulations and complex tax-advantaged transactions.
A native of Arkansas, after obtaining a BBA in Accounting from the University of Central Arkansas, Justin attended the University of Arkansas School of Law where he graduated cum laude. During his time there, Justin was an active member of the Business Law Society, was a note and comment editor of the Journal of Food Law & Policy and served as Vice-President of the Environmental Law Society.
