John Paul (“JP”) is an attorney focusing his practice on business law and mergers and acquisitions. He specializes in various aspects of transactional law, primarily focusing on mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation, real estate transactions, corporate governance, and a wide array of general transactional work. In his mergers and acquisitions practice, JP assists clients throughout every stage of the transaction, from conducting due diligence to negotiating and structuring deals.
