John Ogle

John Ogle, an accomplished attorney with extensive experience, specializes in corporate transactions, encompassing mergers and acquisitions, securities private placements and offerings, joint ventures, private entity investments, commercial finance, and real estate. He provides comprehensive counsel to business entities on issues including securities law disclosures, corporate governance, and fiduciary responsibilities. Additionally, John serves investment funds, sponsors, and investors, representing a diverse clientele spanning energy, retail, technology, medical, infrastructure, transportation, manufacturing, and financial sectors.In 2023, John earned recognition as a Super Lawyers Mid-South Rising Star, and in 2024, he was honored as one of the Best Lawyers – Ones to Watch, attesting to his outstanding professional standing among his peers.John received his law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law where he graduated cum laude studying commercial transactions, taxation, and business law. A Judge William R. Overton Scholarship Recipient, he also served as the Managing Editor of the Arkansas Law Review. John holds a M.A. in Accounting and a B.A. in Economics from Hendrix College where he played for the men’s basketball and golf programs.
