A Message from Smith Hurst, PLC: COVID-19

Smith Hurst, PLC is closely monitoring the current pandemic that has impacted our nation.  We are making every effort to ensure that this situation will not impact the timeliness or quality of the services we provide to our clients, while also focusing on protecting the health and well-being of both our clients and employees.

With the many benefits of today’s technology, we have developed a plan that will allow us to continue to service our client’s legal needs and work with you through any challenges that may develop during this trying time.  At this time our offices are open, and we will continue to operate with our normal office hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time.  In the event of an office closure or further disruptions, our attorneys and staff are able to work remotely to provide uninterrupted service.

We continue to monitor the development of COVID-19 and its impact on our community.  While this coronavirus is new and offers unprecedented challenges to our daily lives, we remain focused on providing the same level of preeminent service to our clients and remain dedicated to meeting our client’s needs.

We want to express our sincere thanks to all of the healthcare workers who are working tirelessly and putting themselves at risk in order to heal our neighbors.  We hope that life will return to normal soon; however, we are here to help in any way that we can in the meantime.  We wish everyone good health, safe keeping, and speedy recovery during these trying times.
